Maestru spiritual de origine bulgara. A trait primul extaz mistic la 16 ani. S-a stabilit in Franta in 1937, pentru a difuza invataturile Fratiei Albe Universale. Invataturile sale sunt eminamente orale. In paralel cu conferintele, a calatorit mult in Orient.

 

 

 

 

Nutritia

  • Hranirea e considerat, in scolile spirituale, un proces important.
  • Dupa conectarea cu Creatorul si rugaciune, masa se va lua intr-o atmosfera de calm si pace.
  • A binecuvanta masa inseamna a impregna hrana cu un fluid care o pune in armonie cu cel care o consuma. Hrana binecuvantata ii furnizeaza mai multi nutrienti celui care o consuma.
  • Cea mai importanta parte a digestiei are loc in gura, loc unde se absorb particulele eterice din hrana. Pe urma, elementele grosiere ajung in stomac.
  • Pe langa corpul fizic, trebuie hranite corpurile eteric, astral, mental etc.
  • Corpul eteric e hranit cand initiatul e linistit si respira profund in timpul mesei. Cand aceste conditii nu sunt indeplinite, omul nu se alimenteaza corect si apar balonarile, starile de slabiciune etc.
  • Corpul astral e hranit de sentimente si emotii. Iubirea initiatului fata de hrana oferita de Divinitate hraneste corpul astral, ceea ce duce la aparitia senzatiei de bine, a generozitatii, rabdarii, bunavointei, senzatiei de a fi in armonie cu natura.
  • Corpul mental e hranit prin concentrarea asupra hranei, care e vazuta ca o manifestare a Divinitatii. Consecinte: claritate, luciditate, mai buna intelegere a lumii.
  • Corpul cauzal, corpul budic, corpul atmic sunt hranite de recunostinta initiatului fata de Creatorul care-i ofera hrana.
  • Nu trebuie sa mancam pe saturate. Daca ne ridicam de la masa inainte de a ne satura, corpul eteric va cauta in continuare hrana in jur. Corpul eteric va atrage elemente subtile si le va absorbi, astfel incat foamea dispare, iar nevoile omului sunt satisfacute la un nivel superior. Omul se va simti mai usor si mai plin de viata.
  • Masa copioasa ingreuneaza organismul, iar corpul eteric oboseste. Individul ghiftuit atrage spirite inferioare.

Forta sexuala

  • Orice act sexual are loc cu degajare de energie.
  • Cuplul obisnuit are o sexualitate pur biologica, iar energia indragostitilor ajunge sa hraneasca spiritele inferioare, elementalii. In consecinta, spiritele inferioare se localizeaza in preajma acestui cuplu. Cuplul pierde energie la fiecare act sexual si implicit decade, imbatraneste; in aura partenerilor, vor ajunge sa domine culorile terne, mai ales rosul murdar.

  • Energia sexuala nu trebuie pierduta sau reprimata. Este o energie sacra, iar cea mai buna solutie este cultivarea sa. Fiecare scoala ezoterica acorda atentie cultivarii energiei sexuale.
  • Cultivarea energiei sexuale e prezentata alegoric in mituri si povesti:
    • Mitul lui Tezeu
      • Minotaurul = reprezentarea fortei sexuale
      • Labirintul = corpul fizic
      • Ariadna = sufletul superior, ce il conduce pe om spre victorie
    • Povesti
      • Printesa rapita = sufletul tinut prizonier de catre forta sexuala stapanita prost
      • Cavalerul = spiritul barbatului
      • Balaurul = forta sexuala; cand balaurul e invins, ii serveste cuplului pentru a calatori in spatiu
      • Arma cavalerului = stiinta stapanirii fortei sexuale
    • Ulise, Parsifal il reprezinta pe initiatul ce intalneste tentatii in calea sa. Daca se opreste, isi pierde viata. Ajuns la capat, primeste totul (odihna, hrana, iubirea).

Somnul

  • Inainte de culcare, e recomandabila o baie fierbinte la picioare. Aceasta va influenta pozitiv plexul solar. Fata nu se va spala seara, pentru a nu se inlatura fluidele benefice, protectoare.
  • Orientarea optima in somn: capul spre nord sau spre est, preferabil pe partea dreapta.
  • Starea de spirit pe care o avem la culcare e foarte importanta. E de dorit sa adormim intr-o stare de spirit cat mai buna. Daca adormim avand un gand negativ in minte, acel gand va face ravagii in subconstient, in timpul noptii.
  • Somnul e o moarte temporara.
  • In somn, adevaratul discipol continua sa invete, alaturi de maestrul sau.

Bothmer Gymnastics is intended to foster balance, not just physical
balance but mental and spiritual balance too. It’s sometimes
associated with the phrase ‘spatial dynamics’ as it aims to help older
children (and adults) explore the relationship between their body and
its position in space.
Teachers hope that Bothmer will help their students to feel physically
free even when they can no longer play as spontaneously as in early
childhood. Each stage of development has its corresponding exercises.
For instance, teenagers are helped to cope with the changes brought by
puberty. The exercises emphasise harmony and co-ordination. Unlike
conventional gymnastics they do not include any competitive or
‘aggressive’ elements, nor are they vigorous enough to have an
‘aerobic’ effect.
Children I know who have experienced Bothmer Gymnastics in a Waldorf
school think of it as more like dance and eurythmy and do not connect
it with sport. For me this confirms that the lessons are cultivating
grace and confidence more than muscular and technical skills.

He moves freely around…… When the child goes to school we start to
confine his life and movement. It is important that the gym teacher

dynamics’ (yes, spacial spelt with a ‘c’) is closely related and it
might help you to look at information about that, too. Some of what is
written about adults will also apply to children.  Bothmer work with
adults is partly about correcting unhelpful physical and mental
attitudes developed while growing up; for children it is about
supporting healthy development.

Muscatura de capusa

Capusa – Ixodes Ricinus
Capusele sunt insecte parazite care fac parte din aceeasi clasa de insecte cu scorpionii si paianjenii-arahnide, subclasa acarieni. Sunt paraziti hematofagi care se ataseaza de o gazda si se hranesc cu sangele acesteia de la cateva ore pana la cateva zile dupa care se desprind singure daca nu au fost observate si indepartate. Transmiterea de boli se face de obicei la sfarsitul mesei, atunci cand capusa este plina de sange. Astfel transmiterea de boli se poate face si dupa cateva ore.
Capusele au dimensiuni intre 2 – 4 mm lungime, putandu-si mari dimensiunea de pana la 100 de ori in timpul mesei. Femelele sunt de obicei mai mari decât masculii. Corpul are culoarea roşu,galben sau gri cu maro. Capul, maxilele aparatului bucal şi picioarele au în general o culoare mai închisă decât restul corpului. Maxilele aparatului bucal sunt specializate pentru supt şi înţepat,mod in care căpuşele se hrănesc cu sânge. In stadiul de larva are 3 perechi de picioare; abia in stadiile de nimfa si capusa adulta are 4 perechi de picioare
Femelele depun 1000 -3000 de ouă în pământ. . Durata evoluţiei de la stadiul de ou la cel de căpuşă adultă se întinde pe 1-3 ani. In fiecare stadiu de evoluţie (larvă, nimfă, animal adult) căpuşa se hrăneşte numai o dată cu sângele unei gazde . În general, mamiferele mici,şoarecii şi păsările servesc drept gazde larvelor şi nimfelor de căpuşe, pe când cele adulte se pot aşeza şi pe mamifere mari, inclusiv pe oameni. Cu scopul de a se hrăni, ele se ataseaza de orice parte a corpului dar prefera zone unde pielea este mai subţire, zona inghinala, axile si scalp. Acolo căpuşa face o gaură în piele, în care îşi introduce hipostomul si prin care eliberează o secreţie, care, pe de-o parte, conţine substanţe anticoagulante, care împiedică coagularea sângelui gazdei, şi care, pe de altă parte, conţine şi substanţe antiinflamatorii. Muscaturile nimfelor sunt cele mai dificil de depistat, deoarece sunt foarte mici si nu se pot observa usor. Exista specii de capuse care pot supravietui chiar si un an fara a se hrani.

Sunt răspândite în toate regiunile globului cu o mai mare diversitate in regiunile tropicale si subtropicale
Capusele nu sar si nici nu zboara. Traiesc agatate de firele de iarba de unde ajung usor la animale sau om. În casele oamenilor ele stau numai pe pielea oamenilor sau în blana animalelor de companie sau domestice. Împreună cu gazdele, ce le servesc şi drept vectori (mijloace de transport), căpuşele pot coloniza grădinile oamenilor.

Căpuşa poate fi periculoasă, deoarece este purtătoare de agenţi patogeni ai bolii Lyme (borelioză). Dacă se transmit la om agenţii patogeni ai bolii Lyme (Borrelia burgdorferi), acesta se poate îmbolnăvi de această boală.

Boala se desfăşoară în diferite etape, care sunt fiecare caracterizate de simptome specifice.

  1. În primă fază, la 60-80% din persoanele infectate, apare în zona muşcăturii, o înroşire a pielii (Erythema chronicum migrans), care se extinde treptat. In această etapă, oamenii bolnavi se simt slăbiţi, au dureri de picioare şi de mâini, li se inflamează glandele limfatice sau prezintă simptome de gripă.
  2. A doua etapa de evoluţie a bolii apare dupa aproximativ 4-6 saptamani de la infectare care se caracterizează prin simptome, cum ar fi de exemplu pareze parţiale, poliartrită, pericardită şi nevrite precum şi tulburări ale ritmului cardiac, care pot fi chiar fatale. Simptome de reper în această fază a bolii mai sunt şi paralizia unui nerv al feţei (paralizie facială) sau durerile radiculare.
  3. În a treia etapă a bolii, care poate începe la cateva luni sau ani de la infectare, au loc modificări ale creierului asemănătoare celor ce acompaniază boli precum sifilisul sau scleroza multiplă.

În cazul în care, după o muscatura de căpuşe, se observă una sau mai multe simptome din cele descrise anterior, trebuie mers neapărat la medic, în cel mai scurt timp posibil, pentru ca, în eventualitatea unei infecţii cu agenţii patogeni ai bolii Lyme, să se înceapă cât mai repede tratamentul corespunzător.
Capusele sunt inscrise in categoria vectorilor de transmitere a diferitelor boli putand transmite si alti agenti patogeni: virusi, printre care cel mai periculos este virusul meningoencefalitei de primavara(FSME), bacterii si paraziti ca anaplasma/ehrlichia, bartonela, haemobartonela(mycoplasma), babesia, leishmania.

Prevenire: Este bine sa luati masuri de prevenire impotriva capuselor pe tot parcursul anului dar trebuie sa fiti vigilenti in lunile calde(aprilie-septembrie) atunci cand capusele sunt cele mai active.
Persoanele, care fac excursii în natură, pot folosi preventiv substante de protecţie împotriva insectelor, aplicate direct pe piele, respectiv pe haine. După opririle în natură, oamenii trebuie să-şi controleze corpul de căpuşe. Este recomandat sa faceti baie sau dus cat mai repede dupa intoarcerea acasa (maxim 2 ore).
Efectuati o verificare completa a corpului (adulti si copii) cu precadere sub brate(axile), in jurul urechilor, in jurul buricului, spatele, inghinal,in jurul taliei si in parul scalpului.
Examinati cu atentie animalele de companie cu care ati fost la plimbare si hainele pe care le-ati purtat. Folositi manusi de unica folosinta pentru a evita contactul direct cu capusa
Căpuşele de obicei se pot înlătura imediat, înainte să apuce să străpungă pielea cu maxilele. În apartamente şi case căpuşa nu se poate înmulţi, aşa că nu există pericolul ca acestea să pătrundă în interior, decât prin animale de companie sau oameni. Animalele de companie, cum sunt câinii şi pisicile, se pot îmbolnăvi de asemenea de borelioză. De aceea trebuie luate şi pentru ele măsuri preventive de protecţie. Animalele de casă trebuie controlate în mod regulat de căpuşe.

Cum se scoate CORECT o capusa

  • O căpuşă ce a pătruns prin piele poate fi scoasă cu ajutorul unui cleşte special pentru scoaterea căpuşelor sau cu o pensetă speciala cu falcile bombate, ascutite, in forma de V care fac contact int-un singur punct si care se strang prin apasarea pe piele a pensetei. Instrumentul trebuie să prindă între cleşti gatul/ceafa capusei şi, printr-o mişcare de dezşurubare,in sens invers acelor de ceasornic,căpuşa să fie scoasa
  • Trebuie sa evitati strivirea corpului căpuşei, deoarece făcând acest lucru, agenţii patogeni precum cei ai boreliozei şi arboviruşii pot fi “injectati” direct în rana înţepăturii. Deasemenea trebuie sa aveti grija sa nu rupeti capusa. De regula se rupe din zona gatului, capul si aparatul bucal ramanand in piele
  • Evitati folosirea de metode “folclor”. Cat timp se afla pe piele capusa nu trebuie stropita cu ulei, acetona, benzina,lac de unghii sau folosind caldura cu chibrit sau bricheta pentru a face capusa sa se desprinda de pe piele intrucat acestea duc la distrugerea corpului lor, imprastiind agenti patogeni in locul intepaturii.
  • Dupa coaterea capusei curatati bine zona muscaturii si mainile cu spirt,alcool iodat sau apa cu sapun.

Daca nu stiti cum se scoate o capusa, nu aveti instrumentele necesare sau la extractie capusa s-a rupt, mergeti de urgenta la camera de garda a unui spital, la serviciul de chirurgie de urgenta pentru scoaterea corecta a capusei si dezinfectarea zonei evitand sau limitand astfel infectarea sau reinfectarea cu agenti patogeni purtati de capuse

Majoritatea muscaturilor sunt inofensive si nu determina aparitia unor probleme grave de sanatate ci doar un discomfort local. Capusele care inca nu s-au atasat de organismal gazdei si nu s-au hranit se pot indeparta foarte usor fara sa existe riscul unor complicatii.

Cu cat capusa este inlaturata mai repede, cu atat riscul de transmitere a unor boli scade.

Tărâmul zânelor şi cel al vrăjitoarelor este mai aproape de noi decât ne-am putea imagina, iar
acţiunea lor ne interferează viaţa şi ne influenţează comportamentul după nişte legi care rămân
adesea un mister pentru noi. Suntem pur şi simplu purtaţi prin viaţă de starea de „zână” şi cea
de „vrăjitoare”, fără să avem libertatea de a putea schimba ceva. Iar ca să schimbăm ceva în
această dinamică biografică este necesar să ne dăm seama de modul în care acţionează „zâna”
şi „vrăjitoarea”, printr-o trăire mai conştientă a acţiunii lor.
Acest workshop îşi propune facilitarea întâlnirii conştiente cu aceste două tărâmuri şi stări
printr-o explorare exprimată în mişcări cu sens. Cadrul de explorare este unul plăcut, în care
jocurile şi exerciţiile de amplificare a percepţiei se îmbină armonios.

Blood measurements of stress hormones revealed that the amino acid–fortified public speakers were half as anxious during and after the speech as those who took the placebo. Yogurt is one of the best food sources of lysine; nuts pack tons of arginine.

A study from the American Journal of Public Health found that people who drink 20 ounces of soda daily are three times more likely to be depressed and anxious, compared with those who drink less.

Catechins, the powerful antioxidants found in green tea, are known to stoke your metabolism, making it burn hotter and torch more calories. A study by Japanese researchers found that participants who consumed 690 milligrams of catechins from green tea daily had significantly lower body-mass indexes and smaller waist measurements than tea-totalers (i.e., they avoid the stuff).

And Italian researchers found that women who often eat chocolate have a higher sex drive than those who don’t. Make sure your chocolate has at least 60 percent cacao.

The alcohol in wine affects your prefrontal cortex, which can decrease inhibition and up your sexual appetite. But only for the first glass or two. Every year we vow to get more fit, to lose weight and to be happier. This post is dedicated to all of you Green Health Spot fans out there who are commited to living a healthier and greener life. Here are some suggestions I have that can make a huge impact on your future health. Wishing you and your family a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year!

  • Eliminate all Parabens From Your Skin Care Regimen

Don’t know what a paraben is? It’s a preservative in skin care lotions, creams, shampoos etc that has been linked to breast and other hormonally active cancers. Take the time to go through your skin care regimen and eliminate the parabens. This includes methyl-, ethyl- and propyl- parabens. We’ve talked about this in a previous post, read it all in our “Beauty and Breast Cancer” post.

  • Eliminate Fluoride from Your Toothpaste

Worried about cavities? Xylitol is terrific at preventing cavities without the toxicity of fluoride. This is especially important in children. Dr. Wang has talked about this in her Toothpaste Woes post.

  • Cut out All Sodas from your Diet, yes, including diet sodas

Regular sodas, juices and sweetened drinks lead to weight gain, diabetes and a suppressed immune system.  Diet soda, particularly aspartame or “Nutra Sweet” is linked to lymphoma, leukemia and at the very least acts as an excitotoxin in the nervous system. This makes ADD and ADHD worse in kids. Worst of all, aspartame turns into formaldehyde in the body leading to a number of toxicities. Read more in our post about Aspartame and Leukemia.

  • Deal with Your Irregular Bowels

This is probably at the top of healthy things to do for yourself this year. Learn what a healthy digestive system should be like and work toward resolving any digestive system. Most of the world’s ailments can significantly benefit from avoiding antibiotics and healing the digestive system. What your have always wanted to know but were afraid to ask.

  • Get your 10 Minutes in the Sun

Or take a Vitamin D supplement. Or both. Vitamin D is SO important to your immune system and bone health, it is impossible to overstate it’s necessity in our health. The lack of vitamin D contributes toward Autism, ADHD, cancers, osteoporosis, frequent infections etc. This is a fat soluable vitamin mostly produced in the skin when sun and its UV rays affect the skin. Don’t continuously use sunscreen because it blocks the production of vitamin D. If you are at risk for melanoma or other skin cancers, take a vitamin D supplement. 10 minutes a day in the sun is much more helpful to your health than you could know.   • Toss Your Teflon Coated Cookware

Do your immune system a favor and finally toss that Teflon coated cookware and replace with stainless steel, glass or ceramic coated cast iron. Teflon in your food has a major impact on your immunity. This is a life decision. Start by tossing just one pot or pan and commit to replacing one every month. Pretty soon, you’ll have a whole new healthier collection of cookware. While you are at it toss your plastic cooking utensils in favor of stainless steel, bamboo or wood.   • Adopt the Safe Fruit and Vegetable List

Organic fruits and vegetables are expensive. Make sure that you are buying organic for the top 12 fruits and vegetables that are most contaminated with pesticides. Here is the list of the top most contaminated fruits and vegetables.

  • Avoid Tuna and Farmed Salmon

Fish we have learned has always been “healthiest” for us to consume. Unfortunately, this is not as true as it once way. Fish offers a lot of omega 3 fatty acids which we need for a healthy body. Because fish was never farmed their omega 3 fatty acids were high in their flesh. However, farmed salmon is one of the most toxic foods you can consume due to their high levels of PCBs, heavy metals and pesticides. Tuna, because of their large size also are high in the heavy metal mercury.  We have talked about how much tuna is safe and have a very cool tuna calculator for you to use. Optimally, you should eat as little tuna as possible but at least with this awareness you can tell how much you can eat and still stay within the FDAs recommendation guidelines.   • Avoiding Food Additives

My dad was right when we were kids. He was a chemical engineer and since we were little he had read that preservatives and artificial flavors and colors lead to cancers. So he strictly read labels and wouldn’t let us eat anything with colors or artificial flavors. Of course we begged for multi-colored M&M’s, Twinkies that last for decades unrefrigerated and Jell-O but to no avail. Read this guide to food additives, it’s for those of you who are truly dedicated to having a healthy diet. At the very least, avoid nitrites in your bologna and bacon. Your body will certainly thank you.

  • Avoid Soy Containing Products

Soy is everywhere. First touted as a healthy food we are learning that the research was tainted and incorrect. Fermented soy products are still fine like miso and tempeh, but soy in large amounts in varying shapes and sizes are certainly a health concern for your thyroid, pancreas and breast/prostate. Here is a list of supplements I highly recommend for the average person.

  1. Liquid Life: for mitochondrial support
  2. Amino ICG: for increasing glutathione levels
  3. Vitamin D: 2000 iu at least per day, with food
  4. An effective probiotic: my favorite is HMF Replete, take one packet per day for 1 month.
